In the search for a name for this new bakery, I wanted something not connected to any country or culture, but a new way of connecting us and sharing the knowledge I have developed throughout the years from Europe.
The rustic European breads and baked goods use as many indigenous products as possible as well as organic grains and natural ingredients.
The baked goods are created from local Nova Scotia apples, blueberries, as well as wheat, rye, barley and buckwheat flour.
This cozy bakery has something for everyone, from; freshly baked breads, decadent desserts, to all day breakfast. We make everything by hand with the best possible ingredients, from organic sourdoughs to pastries and cakes. A combination of great produce, artisanal skill and hard work creates the honest, soulful and delectable bites.
We work hard to accommodate to those with food allergies and eating restrictions and welcome you to our new European bakery where we continue tradition of breaking bread with family and friends.
